Praise God in the highest. Praise be to Jesus Christ, now and forever. Amen.
Come, Holy Spirit… fill our hearts with Your joy.
We begin giving praise and glory to the Holy Trinity,
but today is a special day for another reason.
Today, we honor Mary — our Queen.
But her crown is not made of gold or jewels.
It is woven from love.
St John Vianney said that in that love,
Mary makes our prayers
beautiful and perfect before the reach God
She is Queen because she is Mother…
and she is Mother because she never stopped saying “yes” to God.
Others in Scripture said “yes” — Abraham, Moses, David, Peter.
But each, in their weakness, stumbled.
Abraham doubted.
Moses never entered the Promised Land.
David sinned gravely.
Peter denied the Lord.
Mary’s “yes” was different.
From the moment she said, “Let it be done to me according to your word,”
she never turned away.
Her surrender was not for a moment — it was for life.
Mary chose covenant over comfort.
She stepped into the unknown, trusting the God who “lifts up the lowly.”
The Psalm today tells us of the Lord who raises the bowed down and feeds the hungry.
This is the God Mary magnifies in her Magnificat.
Her reign is mercy — not to dominate, but to serve.
In the Gospel, Jesus gives us the greatest commandment:
Love God with all your heart… and your neighbor as yourself.
Mary lived this perfectly —
from Nazareth to Calvary,
from her joyful visit to Elizabeth
to her quiet intercession at Cana.
Her Queenship is not a relic of the past.
It is an invitation for today.
She calls us to say “yes” to God,
to serve with mercy,
to trust that love is stronger than fear.
So let us honor our Queen not only with words, but with imitation.
Let us choose covenant over comfort.
And when we face a problem with no solution,
let us turn to Mary, Undoer of Knots, to untangle it.
When we struggle against sin,
let us ask Our Lady of Grace to pour God’s life into our souls.
And in this time of struggle, doubt, and fear,
let us ask Our Lady of Fatima to lead us to conversion,
to peace,
and to mercy.
Holy Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth,
make our prayer beautiful and perfect
before they reach God.
Queen of Heaven — teach us to reign with mercy.
Mother of the Church — lead us to love without measure.
Servant of the Lord — help us to say “yes”… again and again.
May your life be a living “yes” to God,
so that all who meet you may come to know His love.
Praise God. Praise be to Jesus Christ, now and forever. Amen
